You can check the status of your shipment by filling in your PO No. or the Invoice No. in the provided tracking field on our site.

Complete the RMA form that is located under the Contact tab and your request will be answered within 48 hours. Please note that a representative may need to contact you for more information.

You will be emailed with your RMA number once the RMA form has been reviewed.

Because Simple Technology is a value added distributor we do not sell to the general public, however you can contact one of our sales representatives and they will be happy to put in contact with an authorized reseller.

You will have to fill out the 'Become a Partner' form with a new account application to become a partner. A representative will contact you within 48 hours.
